5 step redesign process

1 – Onboarding

The process should answer some questions about your business's goals, strengths and areas for improvement. 

  • Share your business vision 
  • Name some of your competitors
  • Share your login details for your existing site
  • Share your thoughts about new possible technical features
  • At the end of the process, I will provide you with a detailed quotation, together with a contract.

Questions take half an hour to answer on the Zephyr Wind customer page.

2 – Redesign

Based on the information you provide, I will design your new website

  • I preparing the design elements in Figma
  • Structural optimisation of the existing content
  • Designing the colour scheme and typographic system
  • Design of SVG animations
  • Design of user interactions
  • Testing

3 – Presentation

Your ready made website will be presented in two ways

  1. I share the development URL. This is where everything already works and behaves as I designed it. The functionality and design are ready to use. 
  2. The other way is Figma, a cloud-based design tool. This is where you formulate your change requests. All the pages are side by side, and you can comment on the finished design.

4 – Feedback

Use Figma to give feedback. Take your time and think about what you need to change.

  • Colours
  • Layouts
  • Structure
  • Typography
  • Content
  • Images

I go through the requests and make the necessary corrections and suggest solutions to the requests.

5 – Go live 

Before going live, test your website across different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) and devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) to ensure it functions properly. Also, check for broken links, typos, and any issues with forms or interactive elements.

Once everything is set, I'll back up your original site and then launch your brand-new, remarkable website!
